Entitlements

Installed and entitled are two different questions. Domains, add-ons and provider packages describe what’s physically present on a deployment. Entitlements describe what your license actually activates — and licensing can gate a feature inside an installed domain without removing the domain itself.

A license names entitlements from one shared vocabulary, grouped here by what they gate:

Capability and optional-platform entitlements

Section titled “Capability and optional-platform entitlements”
  • push — push notifications (the firebase-admin / fcm-django dependency). Without it, email, SMS and in-app notifications still work; only push is unavailable.
  • saas-billing — plans, subscriptions, invoicing and the card-payment ledger for running Nudova as a multi-tenant SaaS. A commerce-only store doesn’t need it — Cash on Delivery and SSLCommerz checkout are ordinary platform code and work regardless.
  • media-studio — AI image/video generation and its metering.

Some capabilities are licensed at a finer grain than “the domain is on” — they’re part of an already-installed domain’s code, but switched off unless your license names the pack.

Gates the AI-powered reads inside Blog: the “articles that mention this product/category” lookup used by cross-domain content capabilities, the MCP authoring tools (search/draft/suggest), commerce attribution resolution, and content indexing for search. Writing, publishing, SEO, webhooks and content health are unaffected — without this pack, the AI-read paths simply return nothing instead of erroring.

Each connected social platform in Marketing is its own entitlement: marketing.channel.meta (Facebook/Instagram), marketing.channel.linkedin, and marketing.channel.x. Unlike the Blog intelligence pack, a missing channel entitlement doesn’t degrade silently — publishing or scheduling a post to that channel fails with a clear message naming the missing entitlement, so you’d see it immediately rather than wondering why a post never went out.

Gates the Marketing Autopilot add-on — scheduled plans, creative pipeline, and event-driven promotion. Channel packs above still apply when a plan publishes to Meta, LinkedIn, or X.

This isn’t a setting you flip yourself — talk to support about what your license includes. See Features for the purchase-facing tour, and License server status for what happens if the license check-in itself is unreachable.
