Manual (phone) orders

A lot of independent commerce happens over the phone and in DMs. The staff admin app lets your team create an order on a customer’s behalf — same catalog, stock, pricing and courier flow as a storefront order.

  • Creating an order for a new or existing customer.
  • Adding items, applying discounts, choosing delivery and payment (incl. COD).
  • Sending the customer a confirmation, then fulfilling as normal.
