Reports

Open Store → Reports. The page title is Reports & analytics — how the store is doing across sales, products, customers, stock, and COD health.

Pick a date range (defaults to the last 30 days). Most tabs compare against the previous period of the same length (vs previous Nd). Tab choice is kept in the URL (?tab=) so you can share a view.

  • Export CSV — downloads the active tab’s data for the selected range.
  • Export PDF — prints the current view via the browser’s print-to-PDF.

KPIs: gross revenue, net revenue, orders, average order value, COD refusal. Below: revenue by day (with previous-period overlay), revenue by category, payment-method mix, and top regions.

KPIs: units sold, products sold, sell-through, return rate, out-of-stock SKUs. Charts and tables cover top products by units, Best sellers (with stock left), and Slow movers (stocked with no sale in the range — value at cost when cost is set).

KPIs: new customers, returning customers, repeat rate, average lifetime value, orders per customer. Includes new-vs-returning trend, segment mix (New, Repeat, VIP — VIP is ৳50,000+ lifetime spend, same as the Customers screen), and top customers.

A point-in-time stock snapshot (the date range does not drive a period comparison here): stock value, SKUs in stock, low-stock and out-of-stock counts, average days of cover, value-by-category, low/out lists, and aging stock. SKUs without a cost price are not valued. For day-to-day adjustments, use Inventory.

COD health for the range: COD share, delivered success, refused, cash cycle, and cash currently with couriers. Includes the placed → confirmed → dispatched → delivered → paid funnel, refusals by district, and a courier scorecard (deliveries, success, average days, fee, remit lag).

For settling courier cash day to day, use COD reconciliation. Guardrails that hold risky COD orders before ship are covered in COD & fraud review.
