Marketing
Social-channel campaign management, independent of every other domain.
What it owns
Section titled “What it owns”- Campaigns — name, objective, status, start/end dates and a brief, grouping the posts that belong to one push.
- Channels — connected accounts on LinkedIn, Meta and X, each with its own credential and scopes.
- Posts — body, link, and one or more media items, scheduled per channel, with creative variants (alternate copy for the same post, one marked as selected).
- Performance metrics — impressions, reach and clicks pulled per post after publish.
- An approval queue — a per-tenant
require_reviewsetting, a default autonomy level, and a monthly post cap, so nothing posts to a real account unreviewed unless a store explicitly turns that off.
Marketing in the staff admin: campaign editor, channel connection dialog, post composer, approval queue, calendar view and a metrics panel.
LinkedIn connections explicitly choose Personal profile or Company page. Each destination has its own channel; the post’s selected channel determines who publishes it. Deployment operators configure separate apps for personal and company connections. See the LinkedIn account types and channel setup.
